I was listening to CC’s conversation with “Kevin”, who feels that “there are much bigger issues” to deal with and that the racist e-mail forwardings isn’t one of those.
I beg to differ; it’s an ETHICAL issue, and we already know Gov. Palin is somewhat ethically challenged in other areas.
If she ever wants to dispell the swirling talk about her questionable ethics, this is a fine time to step up and do the right thing. After all, isn’t it an opportunity for ANOTHER press conference, and face time?
Oh, yeah, like “Kevin” said, it’s not one of those “bigger things” like the remote possibility she might be “responsible” as a victim of hate for that arson thing at one of the churches she visits.

McAllister may have some African-American ancestors, but he DOES NOT, as far as I can tell, identify culturally as an African-American. Until that tidbit came up in the context of why hadn’t SP hired any minorities, I never knew that he even had any such ancestory (it’s NOT obvious to look at him), and I’ve known him for years as a journalist.
Bill McAllister is paler than this scandanavian broad! If he’s African American it must be about one billionth!

HA! Thloo, The one thing that is obvious, is SP’s efforts to claim they are “minorities” and she supports them when she cant Prove it. She did this in her campaign, when she claimed her husband was native, to be considered native (I am full blooded) in Alaska, you need to be enrolled in BIA to be recognized, if you are a descendant, it is up to the tribe to determine membership, for most it is 1/4 quantum.
The point of this is, they are ignoring race issues, that exist in Alaska, you find it in the leadership and there isnt much that can be done. As for My views, in response to her commenting on the racist emails going around on state business, I dont believe she has the morals to do so. ALSO, just days before the election, I received an email that “put down ” obama, from a friend of mine, and I completely ignored him. The day after the election I told him my long story about how exciting it was to be a part of history, and although I didnt reply to his previous email, I wanted to share this and went on about , how excited I was that the Obama/Biden ticket was such a good choice, because they strive for unity. These are my feelings I still have.
Ok guys – I missed this because I was at work and It is of great interest to me since diversity in the Plain administration was the primary issue I wrote about when I was blogging.
