I have a question for the Educators out there in the ANONYMOUS BLOG ZONE….
But I must preface my question with this info.
I watched Gov. Palins’ SOS speech (simply because I feel it is very important to keep up with potential national political candidates)

She seemed to be saying some important things, but I could not tell when one thought ended and another one began.

So my question to you Educators is this: is there a place in the brain where punctuations live, like periods and commas. And is there a lesson for children on this subject to teach them to pause at a comma and stop at a period?

Because the Gov plows through commas and periods like a DRUNK THROUGH A STOP SIGN. I need to know this information.

Thanks for that post….it did lighten things up. I usually watch Jon Stewart every evening and they do make you think about things differently and more often than not, say the things that we were thinking.
