Would You Like Some Whine With Your Documentary?
It’s out, ladies and gentlemen – what we’ve all been waiting for…the trailer for the new documentary “Media Malpractice”, in which Sarah Palin is interviewed by filmmaker John Ziegler. They refer to it repeatedly as “Sarah Palin Unplugged” and boy is it “explosive stuff!”
Spoiler Alert!!!
In the trailer, you’ll discover that the media is out to get Sarah Palin, and ”thrash” her reputation! You’ll hear her sound off about Caroline Kennedy. You’ll now understand why the Katie Couric interview went so badly. According to Ziegler “This was a tough interview for Sarah Palin because she was hit with things she had never seen before.” (Ummm…..like questions?)
See Barbara Walters get really hacked off! Hear about how Barack Obama has been “annointed” by the media, how he is the chosen one, the savior, and ”The Messiah”, complete with catchy Gregorian chant background music. Notice how Barack Obama shows up in the documentary all grainy and out of focus, while strange green EKG hearbeat graphics bleep in competition with the Gregorian chanting. And when he says something super scary, you’ll see an extreme closeup of his mouth or other facial features.
Suddenly, the scary bleeping and the EKG stop, and Palin herself pops up in her pink suit in the comfort of her living room in Wasilla, and tells us it was “frightening what the media was able to get away with, this go-around,” and how they told themselves, “We’re going to seek and we’re going to destroy this candidacy of Sarah Palin’s because of what it is she represents.” (Why do we hate freedom?)
The trailer wraps up by showing scenes of African Americans, including Jesse Jackson, being overcome with emotion at Obama’s election. (How dare they?)
Then the EKG flatlines…….THE DEATH OF JOURNALISM…..
There was one quote in that steaming pile of footage, that I really liked. It’s from Jack Cafferty. “If John McCain wins, this woman will be one 72 year old’s heartbeat away from being the President of the United States. And if that doesn’t scare the hell out of you, it should.”
If this is the best Ziegler’s got, it’s not particularly flattering for Sarah Palin. But, if you are brave of heart, noble of character, and strong of stomach lining….go forth and watch for yourself by clicking HERE.

Sarah is her own worst enemy. By putting herself in the spotlight so much, even her supporters are beginning to see what an “ol’ poor me” she is. She is in complete charge of her own demise. Kind of fun to watch, if you have the stomach for it.

First of all the media loves a big fat crybaby, and no politician has been a bigger crybaby than Palin. Afterall, it was she who claimed to be a mavericky pittbull, not the media.
Second, if she weren’t such a total bumbling idiot they wouldn’t have had anything to say about her. Africa isn’t a country? Read? I can see Russia from my house? Yeah, big intellect there.

Jeeshh….I don’t know why, but I just watched….what a poorly patched together piece of videography! And I’m still confused….is it supposed to be a PRO Palin film? It seemed just the opposite to me. Why didn’t they just hire Michael Moore to do it? All it did for me is reinforce my opinion that Sarah is a narcissistic whiner who refuses to take responsibility for any of her words or actions. Funny how the video cover on the sidelines has a photo of President Obama/Sarah Palin. Where in the world is John McCain in all of this? I thought he was the main focus of the Rep. ticket. It kind of reminds me of Prince Charles and Diana – she always stole the show. She was Britain’s darling.

Ok mudpups I know this is off topic although it does have to do in some respect to Sister Sarah but ya need to talk me down as Rachel would say. I often visit ADN not so much for the articles but for the pictures. They have great pictures of wildlife and peoples pets so I see the picture of the wolf on top of the front page and on the second page I click on the picture of the wolf. There were a couple of good ones but not too many and I get to the last page and low and behold they have picture of a guy leaning against his plane with his rifle and three dead wolves laying about. Now I’m not naive I know this happens on a continuing basis up there but there is no way I want to look at pictures of dead wolves. How these men get their erections is their business I just don’t want to know about it. I was so pissed and I wanted to write and tell them how despicable I thought it was to have a picture like that for public viewing but I didn’t want to provide to much personal information to do so. My whole day is ruined because I’m gonna be thinking about this all day. Thanks ADN. I know they are in the tank for Sister Sarah but I’m sure not just adults click on those photos I’m sure children do too. I will never visit their website AGAIN………GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

We know all about Malpractice. We’ve had nothing but malpractice for the last eight years: the glory days when Republican politicians were slavishly rubber-stamping all of Dear Leader’s brilliant economic policies.
When the right-wing twits whine about the media, they they always discount Fox “News” and right-wing talk radio. It appears that they don’t consider their own propaganda to be part of “the media”-with good reason! So what’s next for the wingnuts? Whining that their new documentary was given ample coverage by Fox, but was ignored by the mainstream media?
As the news media moves away from print and cable news to the internet, it is becoming increasingly difficult for Rupert Murdoch to shape the news to his own tastes. It’s no surprise that the Chinese government is in a total panic about free internet access in China.
So yes Sarah, ‘we the people’ are going to “seek and we’re going to destroy your candidacy because of what it represents.” It’s a brave new world.

It’s 8:30 Sunday Morning & I just can’t do it. Thanks for the briefing. I saw in the paper where Romney is selling two of his houses. I don’t know if it’s so he won’t be criticized for being so wealthy or just part of his war chest. Apparently the repubs are a little directionless right now. They expected the Hillary folks & blacks & white racists & other disenfranchized groups to join them. Why I’ll never know. So I think SP is trying to fill the void. The repub governors who won’t accept the stimulus package are idiots. This means the citizens in their states will pay for the stimulus, but won’t get any of the benefits. For the first time in months the Great Gov. of California made sense…..he said “if they won’t take the money I will”. Lordy, lordy, lordy.
Interesting how this documentary could backfire on SP’s image, kind of like an old car we had, everytime my husband would come home after work, and turn off the ignition, POW!
I think this will drive home the point that she cannot admit her limitations, faults, and the whining will get to people, who are looking for answers for change and improvement in their lives. She lives in a bubble. How many of us have children with disabilities, autism, and many challenges. I posted earlier but lost it, or it didn’t go through. Made a comment about Prince Charles and the Late Lady Diana, how the media ignored him and were so taken up with her. John Ziegler’s documentary compares SP to President Obama; why no mention of John McCain – he received a lot of criticism as well. But, the darling of the Rep. ticket was Sarah, not for political reasons, but all for “celebrity”.

Isn’t the press – nicknamed “the fourth estate” informally considered the “fourth branch” of government? We’ve got Executive, Legislative, Judicial – and the “fourth estate” is the (sort of) watchdog. The one that is supposed to report when one or another of the first three screw something up.

I just read some online post by some Palinbot, expalining that Palins unusual speech pattern is due to her Blackberry use. Does that mean Obamas Blackberry is just for looks?
The term Fourth Estate refers to the press. The term goes back at least to Thomas Carlyle in the first half of the 19th century. Thomas Macaulay used it in 1828.
Novelist Jeffrey Archer in his work The Fourth Estate made the observation: “In May 1789, Louis XVI summoned to Versailles a full meeting of the ‘Estates General’. Speaking on behalf of ALASKA, (which is OUR STATE too, in case McCallister and Palin forgot), could Mr. McCallister please be more specific about who the anointed hand-picked ones are that MY STATE will share press releases with? Do you have to get credentials from Palin/ McCallister? Who do they think they are? God? Just watched the Chris Matthews show, and the panelists discussed the state of the Republican party. They talked about the schism between the far, far right and the more moderate- and used Governors Crist (FL) and Jindal (LA) as the torch bearers…no mention of Palin.
My favorite phrase: are the Republicans becoming the “Trolls Under the Bridge” in their response to the Obama administration. And the Supreme Troll is (you guessed it) Limbaugh. (lots of eye rolling by the panelists) Consensus on governors not accepting stimulus monies- look what happens to your re-election chances.

As a woman with a journalism degree (and one who actually wrote for a living) perhaps we should remind Palin that no true journalist should allow her to hide behind her gender in any capacity. This is particularly true when it comes to politics. If her own lazy intellect, limitless ego, and ignorance of credible grammar showed her to be the aging beauty-queen wannabe that she is, then she has only herself to blame.
As far as animals go, I like vampire bats because they also fly around and suck blood.
I can’t watch. She’s beginning to become too much like GWB to me. Every time he was on the TV, I changed the channel or turned it off. I mean EVERY time. She has the same effect on me these days.

Media coverage of a VP bid is a picnic compared to that of the top of the ticket. No amount of media neutralization can make a presidential run fit into Palin’s comfort zone.
I think Palin is “wired” to seek adoration by the easiest route, selling to the top bidder – media or religious. Either is highly lucrative. And not very much work. Palin’s current “political” interest is just camoflage. The shiny object to diffuse attention of the real goal.
I think _any_ attention meets Palin’s goal, so this “malpractice” program is doing just what she wants.
Just a comment because I see it pop up here and there – the “Sarah didn’t know Africa was a country” is not true. MSNBC picked it up as supposed leak from Fox but didn’t vet the comment before running. It was someone’s joke to make her look a tiny bit stupid (like she needs help with THAT one).
As long as she’s taking breaths of air, the lies and word salad will continue to flow freely. Remember, she’s “wired differently” which means she has a brain short that will continue to provide fodder for her opponents around the world. Yes, the world, including Africa and all those SomethingStans she’s still trying to sort out.

How in God’s name could you vote for anyone, man, women republican or Democrat that could not:
Speak coherently, speak in sentences and know stuff. Important stuff. Like what the freaking job entails that you are running for. She could not name a newspaper that she reads. The interview with Couric were not rocket science questions. They were pretty easy. Questions I could answer and have a conversation about.
So, I and probably millions of others, would not vote for a mayor, much less a VP candidate for those reasons alone. There are other things, sane reasons why she should Never have become VP.
The fact that she cannot see or acknowledge her inadequacies or her inability to admit them is not my problem. She needs to own them, not push them on or blame others.
It had nothing to do with a liberal media. It has to do with intelligence. Mine and others, who thank God, voted in this election.
So, irregardless of why sarah palin does the the things she does, I just want her to stop. And stay in Alaska.

Sarah Palin will manipulate and lie to anyone or anything, including family, friends, cronies, constituents, the media and even God to make sure #1, #2 and #3 are achieved.
Sarah’s rules are pretty simple and amazingly effective. Most of us here pay attention to her because we are amazed that anyone can be so blatantly transparent and shallow and unprincipled. She is like that ten-car pileup we just can’t look away. But sadly many others pay attention because they don’t understand Sarah’s rules. They don’t understand that they are just unwitting pawns in her relentless quest to fulfill #1, #2 and #3.
I applaud AKM and of all of the “PJ-bloggers” who continue the tiring quest to expose this sham of a human being. Sarah Palin, to me, represents a whole lot of what is wrong in this world today. This world and this country do not need shallow, selfish, me-first, ignorant, narcissistic freaks who manipulate and lie to promote nothing but themselves.

I know everyone can get caught up in Sarah Plain outrage here, but think about the big picture…Sarah Palin is the second best thing to happen to the democratic party since President Obama. She accomplished an amazing thing for us…there was no other running mate John McCain could have picked who managed to rally the democratic base (womens rights, anti-gun, conservationist groups, etc.) while causing numerous prominent republicans and independents to jump ship and endorse Obama in one fell swoop. She led campaign rallies which devolved into KKK like circuses full of hate and racism. Her politics created a huge divide in the Republican party and left it in shambles. McCain would have still lost the election, but I think Sarah caused the electoral landslide.
She is a national joke…she has nowhere left to go in politics. Unfortunately Alaskans still have her for two more years, but hopefully all her “gates” will come crashing down on her before then.
