Headline: Palin out as GOP headliner

Story: Sarah Palin is now done as a GOP star. Sources say she will try to keep her name in the limelight by becoming an opening act for real GOP stars. She’s currently booked to open for Banty Rooster who is running for Animal Control Officer on the GOP ticket in Chicken Lips, Mississippi.

She will also travel and campaign with Ima Tree from Pine Crack, Idaho, who is running for Parks Commissioner/Doggy Doo Scooper also as a GOP.

It is rumored Ms Palin may have landed the plum headline speaker engagement at the Log Cabin Republican Proctologists Convention.

We still can’t confirm the story that she is arranging a reunion of convicted Alaskan politicians who are planning to start their own new political party once all are free from prison. A party name has not been chosen, but a source verified their campaign slogan is “We Are Not Crooks!” Their campaign flag features a silhouette of “Tricky Dick” Nixon.

OK…how is it that the Princess and Meg could not commit to THIS speaking engagement “because the Legislative session was still on”…….. but YET in the March 12, 2009 edition of the Evansville, Illinois paper announced that Palin would be speaking at a Right to Life event in APRIL? Meg and the Princess did not let the legislative session stop them from making THAT commitment! I just heard on MSNBC, that Mega mouth Meg said that “If they could have only waited….Palin would have accepted the invitation!” Well, too late Palin! I tell you, I am so sick of the flip-flopping by these two LIARS! Gues she can just run as an INDEPENDENT in 2012, eh?

Sorry I struck a nerve, Chris A.
I get info about religions from lots of sources. I mention South Park because it’s a funny take and I was going for humour.

I prefer to read the real details from impartial sources, though… In my experience, asking a believer in any particular religion about their religion is just going to get an explanation of why that religion is the best and why it makes the most sense and why anyone with half a brain can see that THIS religion is the right religion. That’s kinda funny, too… C’mon. Admit it.
Hard to give an impartial answer unless you’re on the outside looking in.
That’s why it’s important to have a sense of humour about it.

And I’m merely pointing out why it will affect Romney because lot of people’s votes are based partially on their outlook toward the faiths of others. I could just as easily have brought up Jindal’s Creationist views, but that’s pretty much well-established. a belief in a 6000 year-old world sounds funny to me as well, but bulletproof underwear… OK, I’ll stop there…

Anybody can have their own religion. Just keep it out of politics. That’s when it stops being funny and starts being dangerous (For real dangerous, like End-Timers with access to “The Button” dangerous). The fact that it DOES affect politics in the first place is what’s funny… though sometimes the joke’s no laughing matter.

I am reminded of the B,S, & T song ‘What goes up, must come down…’ Certainly our (in)famous gov. must feel like her world is indeed a ‘Spinnin’ Wheel’. When will she learn that her job IS the Governor of Alaska. I grow weary of the distractions that continue to plague her performance. AKM, ever think of trying your hand?:O
