I watched the entire press conference yesterday and noticed the snarkiness, nostrils flaring and also, when pressed on tough questions she always handed them over to her background singers.

LOL Boo Boo bear! Late to the game her but as to the Levi living with them timeline at least my impression, based on his statements, was that he was “living with Bristol” pre-pregnancy as he implied: SP must have known they were having sex. I can understand his living with them post-birth of Tripp ( despite politics) so he can help out with his baby. JMO

I just read in the ADN that Palin says she can accept the stimulus pkg if she can cut the state budget education allocation and replace that with Federal money. Hmmm — sounds a tad socialistic, doesn’t it? Taking money from the “whole” to support the “one.” If I remember correctly from my college days, that’s socialism. Uh-oh Sarah….there’s that pesky political flip-flopping you seem to think we-the-people are too ignorant to notice.

Amazingly, Palin is still oblivious to the fact that her statements can be immediately tracked via previous media interviews – as in her comments about Levi living at her home. It will interesting to see her try and spin that one ….

Palin is clearly becoming more paranoid and hostile as she is confronted with her own words. It is almost painful to watch.

I fear for our great state with Palin at the ‘helm.’ Her petty vindictiveness knows no bounds.

The beginning of the interview reminds me of this exchange in DOCTOR STRANGELOVE:
“Hello? Hello, Dimitri? ……. Clear and plain and coming through fine. I’m coming through fine too, eh? Good, then. Well then as you say we’re both coming through fine. Good. Well it’s good that you’re fine and I’m fine. I agree with you. It’s great to be fine. “

On W.A.R.:
If he’s so great, why didn’t Palin appoint him instead of Colberg when she first entered office? W.A.R. is too divisive and opinionated in his beliefs. I don’t care if he says he’ll be impartial; it’s just lip service to get the job. I don’t like the way he spoke down to Donny Olson; it was disrespectful and rude.

On Levi: I believe this kid, before I’ll believe what Palin has said in response to his interviews. What does he have to gain by going on Tyra Banks and CBS to tell his side? Wasn’t paid; just wanted to set the record straight. When the news broke about Bristol’s pregnancy and the ‘engagement,’ I strongly suspected it was all damage control and a ‘shot-gun engagement.’ Since he’s spoken out, I’m sure he knows he will now face Palin’s wrath and vengeance–and we all know what that’s like: i.e. Wooten and Troopergate.

It’s embarrassing that we have a governor who has People Magazine on speed dial to respond to bad press. What other governor in the other 49 States has been in People magazine as many times as ours to refute things said about them or their family? And she complains about the media raking her and her family over the coals? If she’d take the high road and not knee-jerk respond thru this magazine, she’d garner more respect.

On Juneau Senate Seat:
Juneau voters re-elected Beth Kerttula with over 80% of the votes. That speaks volumes for Juneau voters; why her name was the only name initially submitted. We want WHO WE WANT. Nobody from Juneau was able to vote to select/reject Grussendorf or Nelson–WE DON’T HAVE A SENATOR! Juneau voters e-mailed the 9 Democrat Senators and asked that they reject Palin’s appointment. I thank the Democrat Senators for not capitulating and appointing either one. It would have set a dangerous precedent.

Everything Palin does is to stay in the national news, to keep her name out there for 2012. I don’t know who the heck is advising her; but theyre not doing a good job. I guess they/she figures even bad press is still Press. Everything she’s done since losing the Presidential/VP election has only accomplished digging a deeper grave–all the way to China. Guess pretty soon she can say she sees China from her doorway.
