It would have to go to court to become law. There is a thing called"precedent" which would probably rule here. Palin let previous replacement appointments get voted on in private- so those were precedents and there you go! There is no case here. She would loose. She allowed this to go by before, and didn't mind it then. I also would be afraid of crossing her for my constituents sake and other retributions she might dole out. Why don’t the Palin’s just go away…..
