Ajay, That’s the democrates GOP dream ticket! One that would force this GOP gal to once again cast my vote elsewhere (as did many, many, many others who felt the Palin veep nom was offensive at it’s most basic level). My dream ticket?

Romney/Petratrus. but the good general has said no to running for anything after retirement!

IMO, the soon Madame Palin is off the GOP books, and the sooner we drag our party back under the big tent and away from the religious nutters who think Palin walks on water without the aid of Ice, the better our party will be.

I certainly hope no State of Alaska employees or officials are doing the tweets — and that includes the guv, unless she does it late at night after having already put in a full productive day!

Alaskans do not elect a governor to tweet, especially when the purpose is to simply defend oneself against a justifiable complaint from a constituent.

Thank you! I keep thinking about how she said over and over “no one would know” – like that was the important part, like she could “murder” her unborn child and it would be ok cause no one would know. That said more to me than her choice to “have” Trig (still not convinced…)
Isn’t the test of character what we do when no one’s watching?

A thought came to me awhile ago. Has anyone brought up before, that as devote, Palin, says she is…prays for everything & faithfully believes in her, God…that when she said in Indiana she thought for a moment (While pregnant with Trig…still not sure she was…anyways) she could have an abortion and no one would know. Wouldn’t, God, know?

The only thing I thought might be her, “SALVATION”, is her fear of, God. If she has no true belief, then she has no fear of anything or one.

As self centered, egotistical, a jerk, she is….that is dangerous.

I am mostly a lurker, and, like Rob said, so appreciate the fun and good humor in the comments! Song parodies aren’t one of my funny bones, so I usually just skim them, but as a witch – second degree student of Wicca – I really dislike the parody on “Rich Girl”. Witches are gentle and honorable folk, and while I understand the word has been so long misused most of us don’t think twice about it, it still grates on me. And, for the record, there are no bad witches, just witches who need to work harder …. If you want to call someone a b**ch, just say it! (Irony intended. Also.)
