Interesting that Sarah would select a League of the South discipline to act as her writer. Sarah continues to display provincial political skills on the national stage. She already has the crowd in the League of the South demographics. This book is intended to make money being sold to those who support her -- not a bad business decision because you have a waiting market, but a horrible political decision. Politically, Sarah needs to attract others who aren't already KKK remnants and Christian extremists. She fails at that woefully. The more she parades, the more national and Alaska votes she loses. I originally thought she was just too provincial to make the jump from Wasilla to Washington; now I believe she is truly lacking of any depth of intellectual ability.

76 UK Lady Says:
May 23rd, 2009 at 4:19 AM
--------------------------------
UK Lady..... based on what Rex Butler said in those interviews it sounds like he is sort of just ' dangling the carrot out there' just so the Palin camp have something to think about. Let their own paranoia take over and put the pressure on them.

He said very little.... which is even better. I think he has Levi's best interest here and is looking down the road rather than short-term. I'll bet he's a good poker player.

Lord knows Team Levi is going to need a considerable amount of assistance when writing his book. These kids aren't doing too badly for high school dropouts. Look out Costco.... here come a whole lot more books no one wants to read.

Stanely, I share your nightmare, although I do believe the GOP doesn't really cotton to women or minorities so they will use her for fundraising, but Huckster and the rest will not go easy on her. Without good counsel, and she seems to reject that, they will crush her. She should hire Rove and I wouldn't be surprised if she did just that.

She is dangerous. Have you seen A Face in the Crowd? Hick hero becomes powerful politically with his hickiness. And lies and fakery. And then the Sinclair Lewis book, It Can't Happen Here. Well it can.

Which is why keeping the pressure on and exposing her lies is key.

Stanley - the only thing Scarah could get elected to is Queen of LaLa Land. She is a national joke, as usual she doesn't get the joke.

Well it looks like Scarah isn't the only one who may be getting royaties Ruh Ro!

Stanley, I wouldn't worry about it. Anything is possible, but Sarah just isn't qualified and my golden retriever is more articulate. People also know she's mean spirited and nasty.

Sarah's best chance was is McCain had been elected. People were saying that if that happened he'd have to watch his back, especially at the top of any long stretch of stairs.

Unfortunately, I'm still having to stand by my prediction the morning after Sarah's speech at the GOP convention last summer: she WILL be the 2012 GOP nominee for Pres. And, if the economy hasn't recovered by then, she'll have a good chance of winning the election.

I so hope events prove me totally wrong. But misunderestimating Sarah is a dangerous error.
