So far the only shout out has come from McCain. Although I know it won’t happen, I would find it hysterically funny if they didn’t show Palin’s shout out just to return the favor of her spilling the beans!!!

Mr. President was way cool! Even hubby said he was glad he stayed up this late to watch (usually DH is in bed at least an hour earlier).

at this point i dont think she could “skip’ another gop event. imo the thing that would take her down is she doesnt trust anybody so she has her buddies making the decisions and we all see how thats going for her. shes to secretive to bring any washington insiders to help her. so you have a bunch of people running around making decesions who have no idea what they are doing. i havent figured out yet how they think she can get the nomination without the gop establishment. it must take a 6 year college degree in journalism to figure it out. i guess im out of luck.

Such a “money” shot would earn her the 2012 GOP nomination whilst the thinking people would aim appropriate derision in her direction. Frankly, if it weren’t appropriate for Spears, then it should not be appropriate for a supposed leading Presidential candidate.

Thanks for this. I didn’t know anything about it but I guessed (correctly) that it would have something to do with piratebay.com, a Swedish internet piracy outfit (and, I think, the first to use ‘torrents’). These guys were recently sentenced to jail as a result of court action by the big recording and movie companies (action which has failed in other European countries, so I was very surprised that the laid-back Swedish would respond this way). I wrote a post for my blog about the court case and I will definitely have to write about this. These guys are lunatics, but harmless and amusing.

I know Austintx, but what is the answer to my question. Which was, WHY is Willow there with them……to keep a tab on her, cuz she’s at that age and acting out, this does seem to be the case according to her dress for this occasion. I’m just askin.
Scarah, chose to throw the whole fam dam aly into this mix. So, is Willow showing her Independence, are Scarah and Toad purposely letting her test the waters so they can say, see we told you this would happen, in order to prove a parental point to Willow.

Everybody check out the Letterman highlights tomorrow. He had a LOT of stuff on Palin visiting NY. Talked about the Baseball game with Rudy. Had a Top ten on Palin. Things Sarah did or wanted to do while visiting.

I believe I know why Willow was dressed like she came from Dogpatch: her mother was keepin’ it rill …. it was deliberate – she was dressed for the “She’s one of us” rabble.
It wasn’t just bad taste, it was a bad idea too also. Willow looked horrible in every respect. What a family!
