Her looks. She made it to TV based on her looks and springboarded to a political career. Her mind is mediocre on a good day and really, does anyone think that if she weren't physically attractive she would have even been elected mayor of Wasilla? There's dumb, double dumb, and Palin Dumb. What is even sadder is that she is still in a 3 way tie for the most likely 2012 Republican nomination. She lacks the ability to manage her own family and to step above the fray with her "in laws" for the sake of her grandchild. I am a fiscal conservative and social tolerant and I can't supporting the Rep party in the next 20 years with the batch of idiots they have.
