That must mean that the feds are not allowing an extension of time for the legislature to override the stimulus money veto until next legislative session–which the legislators were hoping for.

We need stimulus money for energy conservation as soon as possible.

Can Sean Parnell accept the stimulus money? Will he?

How much does it cost to hold a special session? Can’t be cheap.
Can you bill her for the session? I know you can’t, but one can dream…
Is she managing to cost the state a lot of real money while getting all fake-sacrificial about the cost of the ethics claims? (Is she moving from pit bull to passive-aggressive?)

Parnell is a conservative Republican, he has been a lobbyist for big oil and mining, he belongs to Palin’s church, and he was in church with her for her witch hunter blessing. I don’t see much chance that he’s just been playing along.

I’ve talked to a number of people who know Parnell and none of them have had anything good to say about him.. Of course none of them thought he could possibly be any worse than what we’ve just gone thru but they are both cut from the same religious zealot mold. He used to be a big oil lobbyist, so I’m sure Exxon, BP and Conoco Phillips will be happy he’s in there
