One of the most funny/interesting things is that they included the COST OF BENEFITS for employees into the total cost. So yeah, you make 75K a year, 10K to pension, 10K for health insurance, 2K for the copier machine that employee uses, 3K for the office space that that employee uses (I'm just pulling #'s out of my head - but THAT'S OK), so you end up with an employee cost of 100K.
