I’m a vietnam veteran who is going to be retiring in Alaska. I couldn’t believe that John McCian (who I admire but didn’t vote for) would allow his party to stick him with that loud mouth cheerleader for the Christian right. It put the nails in the coffin of the GOP. Sarah, go back to your fish guttin and moose shootin, and leave the politics to the big boys.

Palin’s voice, her tone and her snarkiness makes me want to not only throw things at the TV but it makes me want to rip my ears off, jam something in my eyes so I don’t have to listen or see her.

I can not believe the arrogance of this woman. She actually called everyone who has told the truth about her, liars. Everyone is wrong and Sarah is right.

Well – if she wants the national spotlight, she will get it. And along with that – even MORE national scrutiny. I sincerely hope that she is exposed for the pathological liar that she is on every single issue, every single utterance from her mouth and every single backstabbing tactic she uses. I hope she becomes like Newt Gingrich – loud, obnoxious and completely irrelevant. To Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike.

And if she peddles her political & personal agenda on the memories of troops one more time, I am going to write a letter a day to Senator McCain demanding that he apologise for inflicting the Palin Plague on us all, on national TV during Monday Night Football!

Shannyn did a super job as always. It’s great to have someone so intelligent and articulate representing Alaska. WE all know that SP is an aberration but it’s good for Shannyn to show the rest of the country what people in Alaska are REALLY like!

I was a little disappointed to read earlier that KO was not going to be on, but Lawrence O’Donnell didn’t give Buttercup an inch in any of the segments. He really nailed her on her lies and made her look like the incompetent hypocrite we all know she is. Kudos to Shannyn and Lawrence!
