boodog – Thank you, so true but scary at this point. I think he doesn’t want to go because he’s afraid it will wipe us out or he will be hospitalized. It is that bad. We have a $10,000 deductible because that is the cheapest premiums we can get which is still approx 1/4 of our income. We both have serious pre-existing conditions. Nothing is covered unless we have a catostrophic illness. We don’t have the money for preventative and don’t want to get stuck in a hospital cuz we’re dying. I am probably not making sense. I’m whipped and need to sleep.

jojobo1 – Thanks, I hear you, last fall we made hubby go to a redi-care, they gave him breathing treatments and we had to pay the pharmacy prescription up front but the rest we just finished paying. This is so off topic….

I feel like I’ve been run over by a herd of cows….’Night all and comfort hugs (o:
I just wanted to ad that my new insurance would not pay for the emergency room treatment because I was not admitted to the hospital,Go figure,They did however reimburse me for 80% of the antibiotic.I had to pay out of pocket for the emergency room care even though it did in effect save my life.

Michigander----I get some meds from a Pharmacy in Canada.
I saved $108l.00 on an eight month supply.
You do need a precription from your doctor, which you must fax to this pharmacy.
As a first time customer--you will have to give them some info about the person who will be taking these meds.
It is best to give them a call to get all the info you need to purchase your first order.
They are located in BC Canada.
www.Northwestpharmacy.com
I faxed the precription and my check to them for my order.
We are very pleased that we found this place, as my husband will have to be on this medication for the rest of his life.

I wonder if Sarah knows that going rogue means living all by yourself, away form you herd (think GOP) and its protections and support. She gets too rogueish she'll end up with no party, no income, and then her family will dump on her big time. Even the most adoring spouse or child is eventually going to realize they are being used on the one hand and neglected on the other.

'Course its also difficult of think of a rogue as female. A human rogue generally being a male of questionable virtue and being socially not acceptable in "nice" society.

Marnie, you are right on target. I still don't think the Republicans would have picked SP if she had not just given birth to a special needs child. She was young, pretty, and extremely socially conservative, in complete contrast to McCain. Those are all the "qualifications" she needed to have in their book as they wanted someone who would appeal to their base, and it was pure bonus that she is someone they could easily manipulate later. Their choice was obviously a major tactical blunder, since they already had the base votes, and needed to be pandering to all the independents and moderates in both parties to win.

The choice of Steele as the Republican leader, based, apparently, on nothing more substantial than his skin color and ability to say inane things in front of the media, is backfiring big time as well.

The majority of people in this country elected President Obama over the hero and the zero, because he is an articulate person of substance with leadership skills. The contents of the package are more important than the gift wrapping on the outside of the box, and we know it, no matter how badly the Republican leadership wants us to believe otherwise. They need to stop insulting our intelligence with their choices and make sure the decent, smart people among their membership have seats on the train, before the whole lot of them get run over by it.
