Considering that the Liberatarian Party (Bob Barr) was unable to qualify in all 50 states and has been around a long time, that says something about any new 3rd party, even one with the pinch my nose moniker of CRAP, being able to get on all 50 ballots. If your party ain't on all 50 state ballots, there's no way to win, and for SP, wherever, if any that is, she may get on as a 3rd party candidate will likely kill the Rethug candidate.
