    dreamgirl,

I don’t know what to say since there are so many things to say! We should open a forum thread for you so that we can discuss more details about your environment and help find ways to get support for you. There are so many variables and we need more info! I agree with the posters that you need a he11 of a lot more support, information and medical advice to get through this. Knowledge is power – the more you know about this, the less you will be in fear and ready to face the healing process.

You hang in there, and yes, there is room here for another Ann Strongheart! You can do this!

I am so sorry to hear about your injury. I am keeping you in my positive thoughts.
I don’t do intercessory healing prayer unless that’s what you want… it sounds like it.

Wow – I thought my family was in “Annus Horrilibus” but none of us caused something this tragic… You put things in perspective for me.

Please keep us posted. I send you strength to carry on and get healthy, and to heal your heart as well.

Why is it that the state government didn’t care that Palin used a private email account for state business?

In my organization, you would NEVER use private email accounts for business. The business email accounts have much higher security and safeguards against hacking. No one would even think of using a private email account for business purposes.

It’s amazing to me that they don’t care. It’s also amazing that they didn’t care that Todd was being copied on state business. He was NOT an elected official, so I would think the citizens would be upset over that one.

Can you imagine Palin in the White House copying Todd on high security issues so he could forward them to his buddies in the AIP?

Blows my mind why all of this was tolerated.

If she were partially normal, she wouldn’t have exposed the children to all that commotion.
    ————–

If she were partially normal, she would not have worn an orange t-shirt with an entourage wearing t-shirts containing her likeness. Frankly, she was looking for attention. That she veered off-course prior to the finish because of some claim of too much attention simply doesn’t wash.

Still, her presence might bring additional runners to the Red Cross event and that is a big plus regardless of doofussly she may have acted.

    HOOTERS:

Palin was asked earlier in the week about the possibility of a Palin/Beck 2012 ticket. Her response:

“He probably thought it was just a hoot too. I don’t know, we’ll see.”
She added: “But Glenn Beck I have great respect for. He’s a hoot.”

Beck apparently is a wee bit sensitive about being referred to as a “hoot.” I suspect that since he takes himself so seriously….and he’s hooted at by most people as being a joke that Palin’s hooting got the better of him. His response:
BECK: I don’t think things are hoots. I don’t. I don’t think it’s a hoot. I would never use the word hoot, and I respectfully ask that every time my name is brought up she would stop using the word ‘hoot.’ [...]
No, no I’m just saying — Beck-Palin, I’ll consider. But Palin-Beck — can you imagine, can you imagine what an administration with the two of us would be like? What? Come on! She’d be yapping or something, and I’d say, “I’m sorry, why am I hearing your voice? I’m not in the kitchen.”

    dreamgirl,
thinking of you today and remembering you in my prayers. I hope you can hear the voice of love from the commenters here urging you to seek medical care immediately. I’m wondering about those who diagnosed the C2 fracture – did they not start you on a process of continued care? Why were you not kept at a medical facility? If you left on your own, please return, as you may need more help than you can diagnose for yourself.
