Have you voted for your favorite blog(s) of the year?

Time is ticking down on 2009, so don’t forget to support the blogs that have brightened your year. There are categories for all types of blogs – hobbies, humor, parenting, food, corporate, marketing, education, sports, travel, and more!

Mudflats has been nominated for the Best Political Blog, and you can vote for it HERE! Look for the little yellow button that says “vote.” I’m in third place right now, and strangely enough, the first place spot is held by….me! The old blog site which is now just archives got nominated and a bunch of people have voted for it, so be sure to vote for themudflats.net and not the other one!

Thanks to all who have voted so far and to Molly1 for nominating The Mudflats!  Your support is very much appreciated.

    jojobo1,

The Bloggers Choice site used to have a Search bar. I have no idea what is going on.

Thanks for the input folks, I now have managed to vote in all categories. You were right, it was the font size. I went Tools/Options/Content and changed the font temporarily.

Anybody have accurate stats on # of people showing up for SP’s magical Misinformation Tour?

Seems the largest so far was about 1500, but I’m curious about The Villages stop. She did get a good crowd there, tens of thousands (good even without the Fox News HyperInflation Crowd Count Software).

I heard The Villages crowd was only around 500. Wow, that hoot of guy, Glenn Beck did get a bigger crowd,

I am also curious about tomorrow’s signing. I will swear I heard on a local newsclip that the Hasting’s bookstore just got it’s order – 2000 copies.

Seems a bit much to me is all.

Lastly, that crack when she got off the plane, something like ‘I don’t know why politicians, especially the ones higher up, don’t go to the small towns because that’s where the voters are and the small businesses that are the backbone of America”.

I just wanted to scream into my television, “Sarah, when you are the one actually running the campaign and you only have so much money to spend, you’ll find out why people don’t go to places like …. MIchigan, when it is already a lost cause. But hey, you’re the roguey maverick, you just spend, spend, spend, being that fiscal conservative you are to make sure all the small town people hear your message (gotta hot flash for you Sarah – they have TV, radio and internet and Facebook in the the Lower 48 … and Hawaii too!)”
