THE SHANNYN MOORE SHOW IS RETURNING TO RADIO !
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 11AM – 2PM, BEGINNING JANUARY 18TH!
On KUDO 1080am and live streaming on the series of tubes!
That’s right, starting next Monday Shannyn Moore is back with 15 hours a week of live, local, progressive radio. She’s ready to slay the dragons! Join the fun and call the show at 907-569-1080.
It’s a whole new ball game in Anchorage. KBYR was nice enough to keep Shannyn’s vocal cords warmed up on a Saturday show for many months, but her real place is on a five-day-a-week show at a progressive station.
You’ll be able to live blog the show every day at shannynmoore.wordpress.com, so Mudflatters who are used to blogging it here – get those boots on and get ready to march to a new location. Mudflats will be hosting the blogging for the debut show, so get ready for a party! It’s time to get radio active!

Congrats, Shannon. Both of my favorite shows have moved to weekdays, leaving my Saturday nights now pretty radio-less. On the other hand, I could now get podcasts or pay for that recording thing on Radio Time for those days when I finally go back to work.
Wow, this is cool! Not that I knew what progressive radio was before I got involved in politics because of the Twit. I had only heard the whack jobs, so who knew? It’s easy to live in a bubble in Alaska. That said, I’m so glad to know about these programs because radio just does something TV can’t. It’s more personal. It’s interactive. It’s often local.

I just tested KUDO live streaming and it won’t work right….., KBYR’s live streaming works for me but not KUDO’s……does it work. Ive tried my FireFox, Exployer and Flock browsers. I need to listen to Shannyn on the “internets”…

The stream is working fine for me on a Mac with firefox. It plays in a pop up, so if you have a popup blocker it might stop it. Just an idea.
Thanks Dave, the pop up come up so it is not that. Other pop ups work….just KUDO’s wont work…maybe it was all those mean emails I sent to them when Aaron and Shannyn were let go……
Remind me what the conversion to Eastern time is please.
physicmom- according to my handy-dandy time zone map, Alaska is on Alaska Standard time. If I understand it correctly, 3:00 Eastern time would be 11:00 AST.
Of course, I might be off an hour either way.
