Those don't come cheap. Even if Toad and his "buddies" did all the labor the supplies add up to 6 figures easily. Not to mention the transportation to get them into the site. Since the chalet is mentioned in stories even before the VP nod I want to know how they paid for these homes. Are there mortgages? Just how were they paid for?
