Now I’m glad my computer and TV have been down for four days and just got fixed today, so I didn’t watch either of her speeches. I can only stand to listen to her voice for about a minute anyway. The writing crib notes on the hand is so high school, and even then only the intelligently challenged (I’m being PC) students did it. It hard to believe there are so many of them around and, worse, they vote. I understand a sign at the Texas event for Governor Perry read “Home Scholers for Perry.” There are no real regulations regarding home schooling in Texas, so I think it’s a Perry plot to maintain his base.

Her supporters still think she is peachy. Everyone does this according to them. Name one. Name one single politician at any level who has done this in a televised performance. Heck why single out those elite politicians…how about dog catcher or a local wiccan being interviewed on a public access channel? How about a ten year old girl scout or high school athlete. NO ONE DOES THIS ON TV YOU MAROONS!!!!Does stumbling through a bad speech, thumbing through her notecards, make her more folksy and real then someone using a teleprompter? That is basically some notecards you dont have to look down to shuffle. She is mean, snarky, unpleasant, and dumb. Ignorance…meet arrogance.

Even with knowing the questions beforehand, and the answers written on her hand, she still couldn’t make out the answers she’d written, had trouble reading them! And then she couldn’t put them into sentences without stumbling. Are you kidding me Sarah? Now instead of wearing glasses that you don’t need to obscure your off-kilter eyes, you’ll have to wear glasses that you DO need, or your cheatin days are over…also…there.
It was too perfect, trying to bury Obama for his teleprompter and then waving her cheat sheet hand in front of the camera so all could see?! Shocking, the level of her stupidity.
The next day she said Obama could win in 2012 IF he declared WAR ON IRAN!!
She fell flat on her face with that appearance, you couldn’t really call it a “speech” it was a rambling toss up of talking points that she couldn’t deliver because they didn’t compute.
The $100,000 hand reading at the tea leaves cup? Sarah it is tea leaves you read at the tea party, not hands.
With less than 1000 people to hear her speech, she looked completely deflated before she began and she wanted to bail the minute she was done.
Ahhhh, great week end for her lame duckness, practicing her swan song in public.

Sarah has to be the laziest pretend-politician in this country. Good grief, she hasn’t studied anything or learned — even accidentally — anything all year, in spite of it being delivered to her on a silver platter. Everything is a repeat, over and over.
This complaint about Obama and the teleprompter is so old news, not used anymore especially since he ad-libbed the take down of the rethugs on their “retreat”. She really lacks a part of the reasoning brain that puts 2 and 2 together and assures you it is NOT 7.
To Sarah, the Constitution means lawlessness?? What a leotard.
Incidentally, no one gets to usurp to a word as their very own, ( i.e. retard) so one can use it to lay claim to being “assaulted” when you were not — when someone uses that word you pretend that you own. I own the word “fat” and anyone who uses that is assaulting me? gedouddahere
The Tea Party speech fell flat on it’s face, hardly getting applause in some places. 600 people isn’t that much of a gathering, they probably didn’t break even on the deal if 1/3 of the proceeds went to Scara off the top.
She didn’t look prepared, had to read too much of the inserts that she hadn’t written and didn’t even understand, that her delivery was jerky and her tone, oh gawd her tone, awful.
It was a low grade FLOP in front of a low grade gang of low-brows.
The next day, she says: “Here I am on TV with Mike Wallace!” …when she was talking to Chris Wallace…dumb dumb dumb.
Her “upper” stash got a work-out this last week end, going to have to get more, it’s running low after all these appearances where she couldn’t begin to keep up without using an upper. Speed talking anyone? Those uppers and resultant downs are going to take their toll Sarah.
It’s very telling that she looked half dead in her speech, such lackluster performance, such lazy rhetoric. The next door she is heading for is marked “exit”. Kick that door open Sarah, barge right through.

Lee323: “Mean and dumb” is just right. It’s like you read my mind. I’ve repeatedly thought, witnessing Palin’s antics, that she’s one of those people who have just the right mixture of stupid and mean that they’re always into it with somebody, and it’s always the other person’s fault.

Her delivery style–that voice wavering up and down like Mary Tyler Moore’s, hitting the high notes with barely restrained hysteria, saying someting especially bitchy and then pausing for reaction with an “ain’t I cute?” smile on her face like Ann Coulter–is typical of hystrionic personality disorder. I wish I could see a high resolution shot of the back of her hand, because people with HPD tend to have gravelly skin on the backs of their hands.
