Strange Bedfellows

Let no one say we don’t have range. It’s not every week one is prominently featured on both Daily Kos and Joe Miller’s Restoring Liberty¬†blog.

The former gave us some love for the final installment of a certain seasonally themed literary travesty. The latter, though our politics couldn’t be more different, showed some good sportsmanship and humor about having his retirement mistakenly reported on MSNBC.

Jeanne, we need a new open thread! Since there isn’t one, I’m putting the link to the Executive Summary re the impact of Pebble Mine (which has only one partner left) here:

    http://www.epa.gov/ncea/pdfs/bristolbay/bristol_bay_assessment_final_2014_ES.pdf

You can find the entire report, which I don’t have time to read, there as well.

    Good for you, Jeanne!

Since there’s no open thread, and Wickersham’s Conscience didn’t supply us with a Bird of the Week, I offer this:

“stands a reasonable chance of walking away with the nomination for a second time?” Props to Joe for capitalizing on the mistake, but credibility that does not make, and you can’t fool people all the time and you are no stranger this time around Joe for Primary voters to make such a mistake again.

For some reason, Miller’s story made me think of Twain’s “Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.”
But don’t misunderstand Joe, you are no Mark Twain.

AKM, you deserve all kinds of love and thanks for reading and reporting on that “book” for us. Cookies even :)
