About every 2-3 months, the Forum Team does some housekeeping.
We will move old threads to our Archives Board to make room for new topics, or rename some of the boards. For example, the "Transition" board will probably be renamed once the Inauguration of P.E. Obama (Yay!) takes place.
Archived topics/threads are those that have not had any new comments for over 30 days. Although we move them into the Forum Archive, they are not deleted.
If there's a particular topic that you feel should be revived, please send a PM to one of the Moderators. Tell us the title of the topic, and we'll move it out to an active board.
The best way to find out if a topic/thread has been archived is by using the Search box. Type one or more "key words" (words that you know to have been used in the thread) into the Search box, and the system will search through all the boards, including the Archives, for comments that include those words.
