Hopefully we'll be able to give Obama our 1 whopping vote!

John!  Hi!  I am so excited about us actually splitting this electoral vote... (from the hotbed of Liberal Lincoln) How was the opening of the Obama headquarters in your city?  I asked a friend of mine to look for you, so if you were being scoped out by an attractive brunette, it was my fault Smiley

The crowd at the opening was huge, probably a couple of hundred people total.  Got good press coverage from the paper and TV crews.  Only downside was that they didn't have any yard signs at the opening and the buttons ran out about 20 minutes before things were supposed to start!

Didn't especially notice any hot brunette, but since the wife was with me I wasn't scoping out the crowd like that! Wink

Shocked Man O Man!  Just thrilled that Omaha and Douglas County did it! You guys rock!  I assume that the remark about "liberal Lincoln" was sarcastic Native?  Yes, the main U, but no way liberal with that bishop and the hot Republican bed of "Saint" Nebraska Wesleyan. Gotta keep working on changing that.

Cool How has Omaha managed to revive its coolness factor with all its new public architecture, revival of appreciation for modernism and retro homes, and its indie rock scene? Now you just have to spread the culture across the state... and, even though freshman Dem Nancy Boyda went down in Kansas, we did defeat Musgrave here in the CO 4th Congressional District!  So, you can stand tall and do it too! Go Betsy Markey in the CO 4th!
