Love from Enchanting New Mexico

Hello to all here in Mudflat Country!
Live on the beautiful banks of the Rio Grande in Albuquerque, NM. I've been involved in the political process for most of my life, learning at the knee of my dad who was in political advertising in Oklahoma. Moved to Texas after school and went to work for a democratic Texas Legislator during the 70's - also working through the Constitutional Convention in Austin.
Married, mother of two grown, very happy and successful young adults.
Longtime democrat and party supporter. Also...a breast cancer and ovarian cancer survivor; 5.5 years and 1 year, respectively.
I've never been so energized or determined during any election of my lifetime! Working my butt off here for our wonderful next President Obama!
Go Mudflatters....Mudpuppies and everyone else covered in MUD!!
Love,
Enchanted AKA - Goalie Sanka Palin in NM

Hi, Enchanted,
Enchantee to meet you.
As a former ABQ'n and with an adult son still in the area, it's nice to have you aboard. I noticed in one of your blog posts yesterday that you were hosting an Obama campaign worker. I'm pea green with envy!
I sure miss that wonderful late summer aroma of roasting chilies!
