OK, I'm not anywhere near SoCal and will not be at this party, but I'm SO with you on the scalloped potatoes in the back door and eaten by the spoonful!

Hi Mudpups!

Any idea how many people might be showing up at Mudstock IV?  Trying to figure out how many palin green beans to cook...is 35 enough?

Also, my Mudpuppette would like to know if she might be able to take pics of willing participants for MoveOn.org's "I Stand With Obama" photo campaign during the Mudstock festivities. Any objections?

hey, injuneau, come on down !

scott, i'm tryng to discern how many mudpuppies are going to show up. i'd say under 20 but i'd like 50  Party!

and i vote for a mudpuppy photo. as a card carrying member of moveon i'm all for supporting in any way i can.
infact, if anyone has mudpuppy tee's or sweats, it would be great if we could wear them for the photo.  i have a few that peeps can put on over their clothes...i got a bit carried away when the mudflats store opened.

fawnskin--

Although I would love to hop on the private jet and fly on down, it was repossessed (and sold on eBay (NOT)) due to the recent economic downturn (oh wait, we can actually call it what it is now, the recession).  Besides, we have a ton a plans this weekend, not the least of which is starting to get our house cleaned up for the holidays and a possible Juneau Mudstock of our own in January.

You all have fun though (and eat a spoonful of scalloped potatoes for me, would you please?).

Pictures sound great to me. I hope my Mudflats Tee arrives in time. Fawnskin I haven't seen the direction yet, although I admit I am not the best navigator Mudflats just yet. And have we settled on a time?

I've forwarded our chain of emails to SoCal Wolf Gal!

Anyone else from Southern California who would like to join us?

T-shirts and photo sound great - defninite must-dos!  I too may be receiving my t-shirt too late, but holding out hope that it is delivered in time.

Now, if they were garlic mashed potatoes that were being sneaked in the back door ....

Looking forward!

You'd better be careful with all that potato sneaking in the back door--I might just HAVE to come down there and quality control check all those potatoes!

Too bad InJuneau is too far away to come - sounds like she's like me - never met a potato she didn't like!

juneau is not too far away.

as she mentioned, all that is needed is a little firing up of the jet engines. or her engines.
(for that she would need potato fuel)

And I'm not even from Idaho originally!  Yeah, if I just had some potato fuel for that jet...  Too bad all the AK potatoes (in commercial quantities) are grown up there in Wasilla and surrounds...  Tongue
