hello all...

i'm a bit concerned about having our mudstock on the sunday following thanksgiving. we're having family visiting from d.c. for the entire week and they leave on that sunday.

is there anyone in favor of a gathering on the following sunday: december 7 ?

hey: I am califpat. I live in Victorville, California. I cant see the other posts but I did see the two post concerning meeting the Sunday after Thanksgiving or Sunday December 7. I have no problem with Sunday December 7, but where and what time?

Dec. 7th works for me too.  I'd prefer earlier in the day....I need to be back in Ventura County by early evening.

Nighthawk and I can do the 7th as well.  Brunch?  Sounds good.  What can we bring?  Agreed that if we can't get the 7th to work, we ought to wait until Jan.

I'm good with 12/7 brunch and am glad to bring something yummy! Glad to see OCLiberal is safe and can't wait to meet the rest of the SoCal Mudflats contingent!

[Also, my mom is 30 miles on rock from Fillmore as the crow flies, I'm 46 miles away, pretty much on a pile of sand, which might be why we both felt the little earthquakes. There was one 14 miles S/SW of Carpinteria which looked like Fillmore to me on the map....also, too.

everyone realizes that my hubby thinks that i've gone over the edge with mudflats madness syndrome.
i mean, really...inviting all sorts of strangers to my home. tee hee.

@Fawnskin...yes, I was wondering about that.  Would it help if we figured out exactly how many are coming before you extend your invitation?

As we speak, the mods are working on a list of members by state.  It should be posted by tomorrow.  We'll then be able to send the SoCal Mudstock newsletter to all in the area.  Yay!

The list we're putting together is actually from the "Introduce Yourself" board...so it won't have all our members...only the ones who wrote an introduction (around 380 at last count).  We're planning to have the list posted in the same board by tomorrow at the latest.

If any of you have not yet posted an introduction...do so!  We'll add you to the list.
