Deuce2 AL, yeah, I saw that.  But you haven't answered my question:  What tastes so bad?

Y'all (spelling correct asia?) need to read the previous posts. I post so infrequently that I sometimes
forget what has been typed.  Sad

 Dancin' Chili   Party!

Asiangrrl:  Your art is beautiful.  My sons both have several tats; got them after they turned 18.

Me?  Well, I am afraid of the needles used for tats (had to give my youngest who became diabetic at 6 way too many shots over the years).  There are some things I like the looks of, I worry that the colors will fade or run AND  I think about what it might look like when I'm 70 (almost 50 now).....

Sons have eagles, wolves, ram's head, woman w/sword, and a few other things.

Hubby got his tats in the Navy 40+ years ago.  His have all faded (or so we thought) to a bluish green and details have been lost.  When he got chemo, it brought the colors and detail back out!  Guess there was something good about it (besides keeping him alive)!  He has spider, "panic button" around his belly button, snake, woman on moon.

mhrt,

I was trying to tell all what I expected once I had won my seat in the guvnor's LOUNGE.
I mentioned a wet bar, ( you just did this to me to keep me busy while you posted didn't you)?
[does the question mark go inside or outside the )?] and I typed that I didn't drink. I stated
that I did drink water. Dianna (if I recall correctly) asked me if it was water with a twist of lemon.
You inagine the rest. WHEWWWW, I'm worn out after all of that.

What Bear Woman said... I'm not fond of needles either, and there's the thought of what it'd look like on a wrinkled old little body. But I love seeing tattoos on others! Some of them are real works of art.

Bear Woman, I've had my tattoos for a long time now, and they haven't faded at all.  I have four total.  They are out of the sun for the most part, and the technique now is much better than it was in the old days.  Glad that your hubby's tats became vibrant again.  What a nice perk, eh?

Dianna, I found it quite soothing to get tattooed.  I actually fell asleep during one of them.  The only one that hurt was the one I got on my left forearm.  It was a different person, and she pressed really hard.  She did good work and she was quick, but I don't think I would use her again (in San Francisco).  My other three were done by the same guy (local), and he's very light with the needle.

Deuce,

water with a twist of lemon is pretty good stuff when you try to make yourself drink water  LOL Or a dash or orange flavoring works too.

Deuce2 AL, the question mark goes inside the parentheses in your sentence.

Ah, now I get it.  So, how do I get to this fabled lounge?

ira2, I am fascinated by things like that--along with what my hair (waist-length) will look like when it turns totally white, if it does.

Deuce

Did you leave? Go back to the mayor's lounge? Hmmm...I guess I'll just have to image what happened with the twisted sock drink and cabana boy dance (went waaay back in the posts, and couldn't find the reference). Ok, I figured out the drink- skip the alcohol, and the lemon isn't bad...but what about the neighbor and the cabana boy!?

Dianna: Even the most evil have to eat sometime. I was also editing photos and dancing for
the neighbor. Boy, her and that cabana boy stuff. You all started the cabana boy shit last evening.
I am not guilty of anything. Blameless I am. Eight years of GWB caused me to be the way I am.

I have one tattoo on my leg and it felt like the guy was trying to tattoo my bone marrow.

Do not blame me for the cabana boystuff- I was not here last night; I am an innocent bystander who happened to wander in, seeking relief from the Twilight Zone of Uncle Ted's trial.  Sheesh.
