SMR, oh I want to visit Alaska.  I just want to make sure it's colder that cold when I go.  I was told February.  Yay, Calgary is closer to MN.  That's so weird.  I love the cold.  The colder the better.  I just need time to plan a vacation.

I am a rabid privacy freak--which is why I would block the function.  I like spying on other people--just not vice-versa.

Jamie, sure, rub it in.  That's what you governors do!

@Asiangrrl -- You are crazy.  Colder than cold sucks.  It is just plain miserable.  I can handle the fact that Calgary will be cold because they have real spring/summer/fall there -- Alaska does NOT.  But I do NOT welcome the ultra cold stuff.  30 degrees is nothing, 20 degrees is nothing.  But getting out & doing things when it's less than 10 deg is not fun, and I don't care how warm you are dressed.  Ski boots are not made to keep feet warm.  hard to do sports (I snowboard) all bundled up in 10 layers of clothing.  Wandering around checking out the scenery when it's super cold?  No thank you.

@Jamie -- I suppose we're all supposed to chip in for a new wardrobe to suit your lofty position now, eh?  Silk jammies?

SMR, yes, I am crazy.  I love cold.  I love the feeling of my extremities slowly freezing.  I love drinking hot chocolate, eating a warm chocolate cookie, and snuggling with my cats.

I love walking in the snow, with the fresh, crisp air freezing my nose hairs.  I love seeing my breath. 

Dianna, you slay me.  Two leg lifts.  Ha!
