Ten People attended Pittsburgh Mudstock 2 tonight. The youngest member present was my 12 1/2 year old daughter, a proud mudpuppy.

Oh how cool!! Did you take pictures to share with us?

I'll never make it to 100.  Sad  Just thought I'd add one more before signing off for the night.

Hell, Commando, I never thought I'd make it to 10. Just keep posting and ignore the numbers. We love hearing from you!

@ Eyes Wide Open

thank you for such a great story...I'd host a mudflats/Obama/Biden event in my town...
but I think my dog, my bird, my grandkids (and kids if i promised them baabysitting services) and any other I could hold ransom would attend  LOL

I'm glad you had such an awesome night!!!

Passing from community organizer to town mayor. I believe this is my 100th post. Hard to believe I posted that much but, getting engrossed in conversations, the numbers sneak up on you.

The Ted Stevens case is getting weirder.

Congrats Mayor Dianna,

It is easy to get lost, and stuck, in the flats!
What is your domain (town) may I ask?

A tiny town in MS. Small but demanding, as the citizens become unruly over matters of political signs and a resistance to  change.
And you? How goes it in your neck of the woods?

Congratulations, Diana! Always thought you were mayor material!  Grin
I haven't picked out a town yet. Any suggestions for places that need revival? Detroit would be too much for me Wink
Must go to bed now. It's been a long one. Hugs to the muddypups!! And believe me, I have hugged some muddy pups in my time, so don't worry about the carpets...

Evening (Night) Mudpuppies  ~~

Hope everyone had a good day --
We have Snow on the ground and Ice on the roads !!

I am mentally listening to "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas"  Smiley
soon to be followed by  "Slip Sliding Away"

What is it about Alaska politics that has us in its clutches ~~
I think it is a never ending Soap Opera  --
We need a title  -- One life to live doesn't work
--  Days of our Lives ??
Used to be one called --  The Edge of Night    (I think)

I think it is because they have the spotlight shining brightly upon them right now. Unfortunately, this ethical problem probably can be found in any state but no one is paying attention.

Well in Nebraska I must admit we are a thoughtful (and vocal) people...I choose to rule by example and hope you will do so also.
Those that do not follow my example are forced to recite their reasons in public...and they are denied the use of the words "socialist", "associations", "joe", and any words not considered common knowledge or of common use. For example 'pallin' around", "real america", "pro america" and any words prefaced with a wink or suffixed with a wink! Wink Wink Wink

i  think all the states are in trouble right now....the gov (arnold) of callie said he would fix every thing ...but I don' think anyone can.... things are so bad....the city of Vallio (SP) because all of their city budget was going to pay the police dept and fire dept....so that left no money or other city services....they went bankrupt this year....I sure hope obama can help

I like the little shivery person, Alex.  How do you that, please thank you?

Forty Watt,

There's a row of smileys above the text box where you type in a post and more when you click "[more]" next to the  I Need Coffee! smiley.

See this post for more details: http://www.themudflats.net/forum/index.php
/topic,3732.msg31311.html#msg31311

I can't believe I never noticed the wee shivery person.  Must be because this is the first night it's got really cold.  It's Freezing!

Your wisdom is appreciated. I am thinking about putting a ban on pitt bulls with lipstick.
