I'm a regular at the Huffington Post and discovered the Mudflats through that site.   

I was suspicious of Palin immediately and did a bit of research after her first appearance.  I also read a few articles about her on the Anchorage Daily News website, but my suspicions were confirmed when McCain denied the press access to this stranger.

It was great to see that everyday citizens with the help of this site and others like it are vetting this stranger themselves.

BTW........Michelle Obama is on "Paula's Party" on the Food Network at this very moment.  Paula Deen is thrilled to have Michelle on the show and asked Michelle if she could come to the White House and cook for them if Barack is elected.  I think the name of this episode is "Grease is the Word."

Thank you!  Yep, Paula's a good woman!  Michelle was very relaxed during her spot on the show.  Did you know that Barack has a weakness for chicken wings?
