Seems like I'm a little late getting to this forum. Oh well. Anyway, I'm Rebecca from Chicago, IL (obvious, I know). I'm a 23 year old college grad who is getting married next year to a fellow liberal democrat, hopefully in the first months of the Obama presidency!

RinC,
Welcome, Congrats on your upcoming festivities, and don't forget to Honeymoon here in ALASKA.
(note: we'll probably need your tourist $$$$$$$ by the time SARAH gets through with us after going BLUE in November and her having to come back and face the music)
Again, All the Best to you and your Intended!

We're glad to have you here in the forums... lots of people arriving ... no "late" arrivals -- consider this place an "open house"!
congrats and here's to being pelted with "Obama, we won" stickers at your wedding!

Phillip K Dick was right.
The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of words, you can control the people who must use the words.
