I found Mudflats through Andrew Sullivan's blog, shortly after McCain chose Palin as his running mate. The comments on most political blogs are a toxic stew, but by and large Mudflats readers seem to avoid the name calling and insults, and Mudflats has a fairly high signal to noise ratio, so I keep coming back -- pretty much daily.
