I found Mudflats the day McCain identified Sarah Palin as his choice for VP. I wanted to get some background so I googled the name. Mudflats was one of the hits. I was hooked after my first visit. In the last few weeks the site has exploded.

I've lived in Florida for about 3 years, just turned 57, and I am a partner in small manufacturing business. This blog business is very new to me. I do spend a fair amount time on the computer and use it as a primary source of information. However, I never actually got involved interactively. It is actually pretty cool stuff. I'm still kind of bundling my way along, but it is an amazing community.

I also believe that Mudflats is an amazing site and it is doing a much better job getting critical information out than the MSM.
