I have been a fan of Mudflats for Months so I decided it was time for me to join in the fun. I sent an email to Rep Doogan and explained the error of his ways.  reindeer and yes there are a few of us dems left in alabama

Thank you for your kind welcome. I have served as the Vice-Chair of the Alabama Democratic party as a Member of My City Council so Politics for me is like mothers milk. I have enjoyed the posts over the past few months and was angered by the actions of Mr. Doogan finding at best childish and at worse dangerous. I fired off an email last night and copied mudflats on it.

Funny note about the election of '08. My family, some friends and I stood on the Warrior river bridge the day before the election with 3 foot letters cut out of foam board that spelled OBANA. I told a republican that we left the G at home (GO BAMA) he didnt find that funny. Well I am off for a Blue Angles air show. Have a great day ... and keep hope alivie.
