The Democratic Senate rejected Nelson and gave Palin until the 20th to select one of the names they submitted.

There are a Board of Fish and a Board of Game (although really, it's been turned into a Board of Hunters without any consideration for the other non-consumptive but money-generating for the State uses of game...  Some have proposed that it be changed into a Board of Wildlife, which would cover all uses of wild animals).
