It is with great sadness I have learnt today that TiredMom's husband died peacefully yesterday surrounded by his loved ones. OldGeezerinVA, as he was known on the forum, fought a short but valiant battle with cancer. Many here on the Mudflats were very supportive of TiredMom and OldGeezer and I know that they both were very appreciative of this support and kindness.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to TiredMom and give her a big hug from Ireland. We will all be here for you in the future.  Hug

Rest in Peace Kenny.

Many times Tiredmom mentioned how Kenny enjoyed the swaps and correspondence which came about as a result of this forum.

It is wonderful to think that mudpuppies here lifted his spirits on many occasions.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Tiredmom. I never have words for times like this, so I will just send..

TiredMom, I am so very sorry to hear about your beloved Kenny passing away.  I am surrounding him with a white light as he journeys to the other side.  My condolences to you and your family.  Much comfort and support is coming to you from Minnesota.
