Don't know how many remember Rysa's story..but I just took new pictures of her..and I had to share..my avatar is Rysa at about 6 mths old or so..she is now 1 year old..and is a very spoiled dog in a cat suit..

This was the day she arrived so very frail and near death


this is now on top of her house..with new carpet no less..she really is spoiled


And right after this one she attacked the camera


All in all she is a very important part of the pack and family..

I'd love to have a picture of my Mocha and granddog Burrito, leaning out of each window in the back of my Highlander--but I'd probably cause a wreck trying to take it.

The best is when a fire engine or ambulance passes, sirens blaring.  Each sticks a head out "their" window and howls along with the sound.  People have been known to clap... Grin

I got an emergency call from a local dog products catalog business, needing a model to display one of their coats. They thought they needed my Ridgeback, but I knew better and brought the whippet as well. For our troubles, we get copies of the photo files.
