What I do: Highlight what I want to quote, copy, hit the quote box, paste quote between quote marks.

See this post from me, you see in the top right hand corner, just up there ^^^^ is a quote button.
Click on that one, and it should attribute me.
I think that might be what you're getting wrong there Jammer - if you want to attribute a quote you have to quote from that specific post.

I think that might be what you're getting wrong there Jammer - if you want to attribute a quote you have to quote from that specific post.
