I am one of a growing number of people for whom The Mudflats is daily required reading - by choice.  Yep, I'm addicted, no question.

I voted in the "Where Are You From?" poll, but such things always confuse me.  Where I am from and where I am now are two very different things.  I was born in CT, grew up and have lived in NY until recently, when I found myself in Arizona.  I spend  a good part of each year in NY, however, so I have no clue how to answer this question.

My ties to the Pacific Northwest are strong and rooted in my native American ancestry - but that's the closest I've ever come to Alaska, I'm afraid. (Well, I was in Canada once for about 45 minutes, but that doesn't get me much closer) <g>

I guess that's about it.  I'm just glad to be here!

And greets from the far northwest of the state as well.
Where the Canyon becomes Lake Mead.
