Would someone like organise the Vermont mudstock?

I would love to have a Mudstock II in Vermont. Life is pretty busy, but I would be willing to do something in Montpelier (where I work) or in Burlington area.
Char, Lemonfair, and others?
It would be nice to check in face to face!
