I got here early and have stayed WAAAY too late at times!  Mother of 4 responsible, voting adults; grandmother of two that we'll be registering in 2023 and 2026  I took time out today to register a few voters, in their sixties, who have NEVER voted before. I'm excited that people are even more involved this year in the election than i can remember!

AKMuckraker: thanks for being there for us when we were wandering around (in the darkness) that followed when SWWNBN (She Who Will Not Be Named..or questioned...or interviewed) first reared that ugly "Thanks, but no thanks" sound bite!

I know where Oxford is!  I grew up in Weldon, and nearly drove through Oxford every time I came home from college.  I have three sons, my youngest turns 18 on October 11th and he is registered and ready to vote!!  And we have 5 votes coming from my household, though one gets credited to CO where my oldest son lives.  I think we can turn this fine state blue!!  Nice to meet you.
