Ever get the feeling you’ve been cheated? On the surface, there’s not much to be happy about in Wisconsin right now. So what have those crafty corporatists been up to during the last few days? Inexplicably, the Republican Party of Wisconsin had relied heavily on people they hired from out of state to collect signatures against democrats, even paying to house these folks in hotel rooms. “In 30 minutes, 18 state senators undid 50 years of civil rights in Wisconsin,” Democratic Sen. Mark Miller said in a statement. “Their disrespect for the people of Wisconsin and their rights is an outrage that will never be forgotten.” MADISON, WI.
